Identify training needs in Sales & Operations in Spare Parts, Provide training covering all frontline & operations staff in Customer handling, Sales operations & Warehouse operations
Responsibilities
• Identify training needs of all staff in both Parts Sales & Operations.
• Prepare suitable training material to meet the training needs in all areas of operations.
• Interact with principles in finalizing training schedules & material
• Conduct training covering entire staff based pre-scheduled training calendar.
• Improve staff efficiency & productivity through training.
• Maintain highest standards in Parts Sales & Operation Training in line with manufacturer’s requirement.
• Liaison with other industries to identify best practices in training on new subjects like packing, safety, 5S etc.
• Coordinate with HR on general training schedule & ensure participation of all selected staff
• Achieve set targets & major KPI’s in training.
• Submit regular training report to management & principles on all completed training & benefits derived.
Qualification
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• At least 5-7 years experience in spare parts sales & operation training preferably with reputed automobile brand.
• Degree/Diploma in Automobiles Engineering/Business Management with special academic qualification in people training
• Should possess good analytical & presentation skills
• Have a strong determination and drive in combination with patience and understanding of different cultures.
• Fluent in English
