The incumbent will be responsible to manage parts ordering, warehouse activities and distributions, and Control the supply chain in order to ensure the on time receipt and supply of parts to meet Internal & External Customer expectations.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall operation of procurement of parts from the principals, the warehouse management including planning deliveries, ensuring productivity, and security arrangements
• Ensure efficient and quick movement of Parts with an efficient delivery system
• Manage inventory, determining proper storage methods, track movement of parts and distribution across branches and dealer network
• Prepare monthly MIS reports which will contribute to the department to meet its objectives
• Identify opportunities for improvements in all processes, initiate appropriate actions and implement the same & update the Standard Operation procedures so that we have the Best Business Practices
• Should be able to work closely and communicate with all levels of the organization
Qualification
• Graduate with 10+ years in Parts ordering, Warehouse Management & Logistic planning experience – Automotive industry is preferable
• Candidate should demonstrate a high degree of planning, leadership, analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP.
