Monitoring & Achieving Workshop Segment Revenue & CS, Fleet Segment Revenue & CS, Accessory Business Development, Parts Marketing & Promotion, Monthly Balance Score Card Performance Review
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement improvement strategies to improve parts sales and profitability through workshop segment, fleet segment & accessories business.
• Achieve high standard in customer satisfaction both external & internal customers.
• Regularly interact with workshop/parts in-charges to assess situation for a suitable countermeasures.
• Bring in more synergy with parts & service at branch level.
• Create branch level CFT (Sales/Service/Parts) & regularly meet fleet customers in Dubai & Branches to meet customer expectations in fleet segment.
• Develop Accessory business across all branches & improve accessory standards at branch level as per manufacturer’s standard.
• Conduct regular market survey & provide full analytic report on price positioning of Nissan Parts against other brands
• Bring in innovation in parts marketing & promotion through all channels.
• Fulfillments of Parts financial and operational targets & non-financial KPI’s by performance follow-up, business analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare & conduct monthly BSC meetings with full analysis of all major KPI & branch KPI.
Qualification
• Strong leadership and people management skills, forming and managing multi-cultural teams with pleasing personality.
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in Sales & Marketing of Spare Parts in Middle Management position, representing a reputed brand.
• Degree in Engineering/Business Management.
• Extensive experience in handling sales of spares parts preferably through workshops, fleet segment, accessory business, parts promotion
• Should possess good analytical & presentation skills
• Have a strong determination and drive in combination with patience and understanding of different cultures.
• Fluent in English
• Arabic will be an advantage
