The incumbent will be responsible to develop and implement strategic and business plan of the service department ensuring operational excellence and effective deployment of manpower, oversee the implementation of policies and processes in all areas of service activities. The role involves creating plans to continuously enhance CS leadership position.
The position demands high leadership qualities with excellent communication, planning and analytical skills to enable internal and external customer relationship management, liaisoning with principals and executing best practices from the automotive industry.
Candidates with Bachelor Degree in Automobile Engineering with 12 -15 years of experience, at least 5 years as head of the service in a large organization in a similar role will be preferred. Management qualification is desirable. Knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage.
