The incumbent will be responsible for:
• Determining requirements by working with customers.
• Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
• Resolving problems by identifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Fulfilling requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; for
• Maintains call centre database by entering information.
• Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Diploma/Graduate or equivalent
• Arabic speaker
• Fluent in English writing/speaking
