Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability of the Service Department.
• Achieve highest possible service retention
• Develop Bodyshop business in a very competitive environment
• Develop and implement service marketing and customer contact programs across the national network
• Conduct monthly Business Performance Review meeting using Balanced Scorecard technique
• Fulfillment of service financials and operational targets by performance follow-up/business analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Establish a team of professionals for business development from fleet customers/Insurance Companies/Retail customers and monitor their performance for achieving business objective.
Qualification
• Strong business and analytical mind combined with excellent communication/presentation skills.
• At least 5 years experience in Senior Management position handling business development in retail sector.
• Experience with reputed Automotive Manufacturer/Dealer in the area of Service Business
• Fluent in English
• Degree in Business Management/Engineering
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good knowledge in computers/dealer management system
