The incumbent will be responsible to develop and implement strategic and business plan of the Aftersales – Renault ensuring operational excellence and effective deployment of manpower and oversee the implementation of policies and processes in all areas of service activities
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement improvement strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability of the Aftersales.
• Achieve high standard in customer satisfaction
• Development of people and training.
• Re-structure the Service Department as per guidelines
• Achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators in Service & Parts
• Achieve highest possible workshop efficiency and productivity
• Achieve Parts stock optimization
• Development and implementation of national service standards and network development
• Ensure Manufacturer/Head Office compliance through definition and control of policies, procedures and standards.
• Fulfillments of Aftersales financial and operational targets, by performance follow-up, business analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Qualification
• Strong leadership and people management skills, forming and managing multi-cultural teams.
• At least 6 years experience in Senior Aftersales Management position, representing a reputed brand.
• Degree in Engineering/Business Management.
• Extensive experience from retail services and spare parts operations
• Have a strong determination and drive in combination with patience and understanding of different cultures.
• Fluent in English
• French & Arabic will be an advantage
